We've recently overhauled our support desk system! Not only will your support requests be answered more promptly, we will be notified of them quicker so we can help you better.

If you have a technical questions, site issues, billing problems or any other type of support related requests, just go to the link provided at the bottom of our main pages and click on "Support". Or you can also visit us directly at www.PennyGrab.com/support

For even faster and more personal support, please be sure your phone number is listed in your account. While we can't always call, for the more in depth support issues, it's good to be sure we have it.

While we strive to provide the absolute best Customer Service in the industry, at times we can only help you with what we know about. Please be clear and concise with your problem(s) so we can provide the most accurate information to assist you.

If you're wondering why an item has shipped to you yet, please be sure to check out all the items in your carts account. If you don't check out, we can't ship!
